Kashi Sewa Sadan Samiti established at Chandauli, (U.P.) in the year 2007-08. Kashi Sewa Sadan Samiti was launched as a polyvalent or multi-faceted adult education programme aimed at improving the vocational skill and quality of life of workers and their family members. The programme was evolved to respond to the educational and vocational training needs of numerous groups of adult and young people living in urban and industrial areas and for persons who had been migrating from rural to urban settings. It Provides academic and technical support to who lives under pooverty line.

Kashi Sewa Sadan Samiti are Institutes for Peoples' Education and focus on the poor, the illiterates, the neo-literates, the underprivileged and the unreached.

The Kashi Sewa Sadan Samiti are unique in that they do not provide just skill development, but link literacy with vocational skill training and provide large doses of Life Enrichment Education (LEE) to the people. They do not work in isolation but aim for convergence with other stakeholders in society. It is their endeavour to shape their beneficiaries into self-reliant and self-assured employees and entrepreneurs.

The main objective of Kashi Sewa Sadan Samiti is to enrich the life of illiterates, neo-literates, women, poor, down trodden, SC, ST, Handicapped, slum dwellers, unemployed and semi skilled workers, through education, create awareness to widen knowledge, improve occupational skills through vocational training programmes. Our Good intentions, good policies, good decisions must turn into effective actions. The key to building an organization with such a spirit is by organizing the work so that everyone feels essential to a goal they believe in.
